PC sheet has great high impact and erosion resistance, and UV stability, making it quite suitable for building boat hull.
To making the PC sheet into boat hull, we use thermoforming machine. The machine firstly heat the PC sheet as soft as it could be formed on the mould. Then draw the air between the sheet and the mold, leaving the sheet form into the shape as the boat hull. It is a fast and relatively low cost methods to build transparent crystal clear kayak.
