Acrylic capped abs sheet is a type of laminated sheet of both ABS plastic material and PMMA plastics. Above the surface there is another layer of extruded thin PMMA material. It combines the characteristics of both ABS and acrylic, strong and shining.

Our client usually choose white or black acrylic capped abs sheet, however, we can also provide custom colors for options. Usually, they are smooth surface, not using textured extrusion.

- Better resistance of scratches: abs sheet capped with acrylic material is more scratch-resistant to ABS sheet on surface.
- Higher gloss surface: PMMA capped ABS sheet has better aesthetic performance. It is more often used in high-end products, which higher requirements on appearance.
- Better weathering stability: ABS material tends to age more easily, if without acrylic material covering. PMMA provide a better UV resistance.
- Nice thermoforming capacity: Both ABS and acrylic material has great vacuum forming performance. Its extruded sheet also bear such characteristics.
