Custom Plastic sheet extrusion

The main plastic raw materials are ABS, with brands such as Zhenjiang Chimei PA-757K, Chimei D-120, Chimei CM-205, etc. The storage capacity reaches more than 500 tons, which is enough for one month of uninterrupted production.
After the ABS raw materials and the color masterbatch with additives are fully mixed through three large funnels, they are injected into three screws with different diameters and lengths for high-temperature melting above 200°C.
The melt is co-extruded through the die into up to five layers. The extruded plate is polished or embossed by three rollers, and finally passes through a traction device for cooling and a cutting device to cut out the plate specifications.
The plate workshop covers an area of 3,000 square meters. The left side is the plastic plate production area and the right side is the plastic raw material storage area. The average daily output is 10 tons.

Custom Vacuum Forming

Thermoforming machine
There are 20 thermoforming technicians. Four large-scale double-station vacuum form molding equipment can produce 8 products at the same time. The installation time of the mold is 1 to 2 hours. Each machine produces an average of 30 products per hour.
Vacuum formed parts cutting
After precision cutting and opening holes in the vacuum formed plastic shell using a five-axis engraving machine, it goes through processes such as manual seamless bonding and grinding, screwless joint installation, and precise matching to meet the requirements of customers for direct use
Vacuum form mold tooling
It covers an area of 1,000 square meters and is divided into upper and lower floors. The total number of large and small molds is close to 10,000, mainly aluminum molds and fiberglass molds. The molds are arranged in categories on the shelves.

The thermoforming workshop occupies an area of 3,000 square meters. The second half is the vacuum molding area and mold storage area. The first half is the machine processing area and manual processing area. The average daily output of vacuum forming shells is more than 2,000 pieces.
